Input needed! Giveaway time.

Give it away, give it away, give it away now.

Hello, it's me again. Two posts in one days - this is the best day ever.

A couple of months ago, I put out a post doing a draw for anyone to tell me what recipe that I have made they would like to try or a dish that they have always wanted to try. The winning name picked would come to my house for dinner - we would pick a menu and then cook together.

This was very exciting for me - because it is something that I have wanted to do for quite some time - and something that I would like to do on a regular basis. C. Mitchell Presents - Cooking Lessons. Does it have a good ring?

The winner was Beth. And then I also invited Steph along as well. This Wednesday will be my first session - of cooking with friends. What I need your help/input with is what we should make for dinner. I have a few ideas, and we are going to sit and discuss what we would like to try making. I have a few rules - one being after dinner they have to leave - they're not allowed to spend the night :)

I was thinking that it would be fun for my readers (I know you're out there) to give us some ideas.

Is there something that you have been wanting to make but aren't sure of how or what the recipe would be?

Is there a dish that you love and think that we should try?

Is there a special ingredient that you absolutely think that we should cook with - i.e., celery root and squid?

I would really love to hear from you. And if this evening is a success - and I know it will be - I will give those who commented first dibs on our next evening.

The winner will receive a batch of homemade Tiger Fudge. Beth and Steph  you are not eligible - nice try. To leave a comment, simply click on 'Comments' at the end of this post. You don't have to have an account - but make sure that you tell me who you are.

All entries should be made by noon on Tuesday, June 8th.

I look forward to reading your suggestions.

oh oh oh pick me pick me! *raises hand sooo high up you can't even see anyone else's and moves it back and forth annoyingly* Because Mexico will play against South Africa this Friday (FIFA 2010 Worlcup starts!) and because will win the cup, or at least that match ... maybe you guys should try to cook reaaaaaaaaaal Mexican food with reaaaaaaaaaal handmade tortillas :) and Chicken Tinga. Or make all together Chicken Tostadas or the ultimate challenge: Tamales with salsa roja or salsa verde which would be a real adventure. :)

That's a good idea. I can even rock Mexican food pretty well. Pilar even said.
